History
In August of 1938, Kent Langenberg and James A. Lyle founded Lanly, an engineering company. James became sole owner after Kent suddenly passed away unexpectedly. Lanly has remained a family-owned business ever since. Along with the company’s capabilities, Lanly’s Cleveland headquarters has expanded over the years to include a fabrication plant, shipping and receiving sections, and a product development lab. For decades, Lanly has been growing to exceed its customers’ expectations.

For over 80 years, Lanly has offered the highest quality industrial ovens, industrial dryers, and custom engineered equipment for a variety of heat processing requirements through the 1250 °F temperature range. An innovator in air oven technologies, our specialized impingement air processes enable increased production, faster systems, and tighter uniformity to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Our in-house fabrication facility allows us to design complex integrated control systems that interface with your more extensive systems. Our on-site laboratory facilities are available on a limited basis to establish time, temperature, and airflow data, so you can optimize your heating processes and end-product quality. We have even developed an inexpensive first-out indicator, called LANSCAN Plus, to improve efficiency and facilitate troubleshooting.
Our experienced service technicians provide professional consultation, startup assistance, turn-key installations, and full-service support. In addition, our staff is thoroughly trained in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to deliver quality, full system support.
