For your convenience, we offer three solutions, Shop Assembly, Knockdown and Partial Assembly.
Shop Assembly
We fabricate and assemble, wire, paint, and test your oven on our factory floor before shipping to ensure quick and easy installation.
Knockdown
All components are fabricated, inspected and crated for shipping and assembled on your plant floor.
Partial Assembly
Some components are shop assembled in our shop while the remaining components will be assembled on your shop floor.
Additionally, Lanly provides field service, start-up supervision, on-site construction project management, and safety audits to ensure that your heat processing equipment is installed correctly and performs as intended for years to come.
