We are proud to work with some of the largest pretzel manufacturers around. In fact, one large pretzel manufacturer came to us looking to increase production. Our engineers offered our convection dryers, but the bakers were skeptical. Our engineers were adamant that our ovens would increase production. The pretzel manufacturer trusted us, and not only did their production increase, but the appearance and texture of their pretzels improved, and they experienced significantly less breakage in the process.
Our pretzel cooker came about when another pretzel manufacturer asked us to build a pretzel cooker for their line. We were apprehensive because we specialize in ovens, which are different from cookers. But we accepted the challenge. The result was the Lanly pretzel cooker which features fast and efficient heat-up, uniform solution temperature and easy accessibility for cleaning.
